-
Yodel sends you notifications about your account, received or sent messages, your groups, and other aspects of our services. Through your account notification preferences, you can control what notifications you get and how you receive them.
-
You may decide that you want to minimize notifications and communication from Yodel. No problem! We provide a quick link to unsubscribe from all, which will turn off all non-essential messaging from Yodel.
-
Sending messages to local audiences through Yodel requires you to enter payment information as either an individual sender or as a sending group.
-
You have options to archive or delete your account if unsubscribing from notifications is not enough. Archiving allows your account data to remain if you think you may want to reactivate, while deleting your account will completely remove your data.
