Entering Billing Information
Receiving messages and setting your account preferences is free with Yodel. If you wish to send messages to local audiences through Yodel, you will need to enter payment information to do so.
Yodel allows you to enter payment and billing information for yourself (as an individual sender) or as part of a sending group. You can learn more about these two sending options.
You'll be able to create your audiences and your message, along with other message settings. But when it comes time to send, you will need to set up your billing payment method.
Individual Billing Info
Once logged in to your account, you'll see access to your individual account payment options via the billing info link. Here you can set up one or more credit cards to be used during final payment approval. This same area will give you access to your billing history with Yodel.
Sending Group Billing Info
Alternatively, if you plan to send messages through a business or group name, you can use a sending group with its own set of billing info pages. In order to access this, you must first create a new group or join an existing sending group and be marked as an admin or owner of the group. Once you have that, then you can manage your group memberships and set up one or more credit cards to be used during final payment approval. The group's billing history will also be available for review.
