Resetting Your Yodel Password

There are several reasons why you may need to reset your password. Here are instructions on how to do so, and some helpful password tips.

Reset a Forgotten Password

If you forgot your password or for some reason the password is not working, you can use the forgot password form on Yodel's website to use your email address as verification to set a new password for your account.

Simply enter your email address and press the "recover password" button.

If your email is recognized as a Yodel account, it will use your chosen notification preferences to send you an email and/or an SMS text with instructions on how to reset your password.

This will contain a time-sensitive link which must be used within 30 minutes of requesting the password reset. If that timeframe passes, you will need to use the forgot password form again.

Change Your Password While Logged In

If you are already logged in and wish to change your password, simply visit your account profile page.

There is a link for "change password" where you can enter your current password and your desired new password. Make sure to follow the Yodel password requirements. Just submit your changes, and you're all done!

Sometimes you may be logged in, but you've still forgotten your current password. In that case, you'll still need to visit the forgot password page on Yodel's website.

Forgot Your Account Email?

The forgot password feature on Yodel works by connecting to your account via email address. If you've forgotten which email address you used to create your Yodel account, then you'll either need to contact our support team or register for a new account using your preferred email address.
