Session Timeouts

Standard Yodel web sessions time out after about 30 minutes of inactivity. Activity is considered a new page load. If you've been typing on a page for that length of time, but haven't changed pages or submitted a form, then it is considered inactivity. As that time approaches, the Yodel site will warn you and ask if you'd like to extend your session.

Unsaved Work During a Session Timeout

There is a convenience feature for unsaved work during a session time out. If you have unsaved changes while working in Yodel and your session times out, the site will give a couple of options to recover your in-progress work. Keep in mind that these recovery features are NOT available if the browser was closed or restarted.
