Blocking a Sender & Unsubscribing

Take control of and reduce your messages received through Yodel.

Yodel allows you to block messages from specific senders or unsubscribe from all.

How to Block a Sender

If you have received a message from a sender and would like to stop future messages from them, simply log in to your account, find a message from that sender and use the option to block them. You will not receive any further messages from them.

You can only block a sender who has already sent you or your local area a message.

Managing Your Blocked Senders List

At any time, you can review your list of blocked senders. Here you can also unblock a sender or sending group.

Unsubscribing From All Messages Through Yodel

If you want to unsubscribe or opt-out of all messages sent through Yodel, you can change your notification preferences to not send messages via postcard, email, or SMS text. This would mean you'll only see messages for your locations when you log in to the Yodel website or application.

Other U.S. Spam Blocking Options

In the United States, there are some options to prevent telemarketing and unwanted mail. These options can extend beyond messages that are sent through Yodel.

This includes the National Do Not Call List and the Data & Marketing Association's DMAchoice Program for postal mail and email. DirectMail.com also maintains a National Do Not Mail List.
