Using a Quick Code

Easily claim a location address and connect to your account.

If you've received a postcard in the mail through Yodel, you may have noticed the available Quick Code that you can use to take control of your received messages and your mailbox!

What Does a Quick Code Look Like?

A Yodel Quick Code is an alphanumeric, eight-character code. You'll normally see it with a dash separating sets of four characters, such as this: A1B2-C3D4

How to Use a Quick Code

You'll see a Quick Code on any received postcard sent through Yodel. It will often be accompanied by a QR Code that can be scanned on your mobile device to easily begin the process of connected the mailing address location to your new or existing Yodel account.

Additionally, you can find a Quick Code entry on the homepage of yodel.co, on the new account registration page, or with its own add receiving location using a Quick Code page within your account.

Simplify Connecting Mailing Addresses

Yodel uses Quick Codes to simplify the process of creating an account and connecting a mailing address. With a Quick Code, you don't have to search for your address — it will be automatically connected to your account.

Reduce Steps to Become a "Sole Recipient"

Additionally, a Quick Code can replace the need for verifying yourself as a "sole recipient" because it proves you've already received a mailing through Yodel. This can save days of time waiting for a postcard verification to be sent out.
