Yodel offers a very unique method for sending your messages to local audiences. You don't have to build your own contact list or buy a mailing list. All you have to do is select an area or multiple areas on a map, craft your message, and send it out!
-
Two factors drive the price of a message send: The number of recipients in your audience and the style of message selected. An initial estimate will be provided, but as your target date approaches, you will approve a final price to print and send.
-
Yodel allows you to send messages as an individual (yourself), or you can create a sending group to send as a business, company, organization, or other entity. You also have the option of sending as a combination of the two.
-
To maintain quality, ensure safety and security guidelines, and to abide by state and federal legal requirements, Yodel reviews messages before sending. This approval process takes place at two levels: approval of senders and approval of messages.

Your audience list can consist of addresses and areas. Your sending locations allow Yodel to match receivers that live, work, or have other interests in messages intended for that location. Recipients can later be filtered by residential or business.
-
Once you have your audience selected via addresses and areas, you can filter the recipients based on residential and business types, helping you narrow your list and reduce sending costs.
-
Understand how Yodel matches recipients after your message has been approved for sending. Who is considered a recipient? How are messages sent to them? What options are available to receivers?
-
With messages sent through Yodel, the recipient can respond to you with simple reactions or with a written reply. By default, these responses are anonymous, but they can provide valuable insight to your audience and the message you sent them..
-
Groups on Yodel are good for sending as an organization and sharing the workload with a team. There are many advantages to sending as a group, including using the name of a business, company, or organization. Groups can also add a logo, phone, and website.
