Review Message Analytics
NOTE: Yodel is currently in beta with intentionally limited geographic reach. We'll work to roll out the service to more areas as quickly as we can. Message stats and analytics are an area that will improve in the future.
Message Pricing Details
After a message has been scheduled and approved, the final price is generated and the sender is asked to confirm before Yodel can print and send.
The pricing details will be available online in the "details" tab of the message, and will also be sent out per the notification preferences of the sender.
The pricing details include:
Number of paid recipients
Number of free recipients
Price per recipient
Tax (if applicable)
Total price for the send
In the case of a sending group, only the owners and admin are able to see final pricing details.
Message Stats
After the message has been delivered, on the "Details" tab of the message page, are some top-level message tracking numbers:
Number of postcards sent
Number of emails sent
Number of SMS texts sent
Web views (both total count and unique)
Number of replies
Number of reactions (likes and dislikes)
Replies & Reactions
Once a message has received a response from at least one recipient, the message page will display a new tab named "replies."
At the top of this tab is a count of the number of reactions (likes and dislikes). Those are followed by a table of written replies.
Replies have the option to be hidden from view. You still have a full count of the number of replies and how many are hidden. Hiding replies can be helpful for staying organized, or ignoring irrelevant replies.
