What Does it Cost to Send Messages Through Yodel?

Yodel continually works to keep our costs and pricing, down — whether you are sending to one recipient, one hundred recipients, or ten thousand.

Pricing Factors

There are two factors that drive the price of your final message send:

  1. The number of recipients in your audience.

  2. The style of message selected.

Creating a Yodel account is free, and it gives you access to all the receiving and sending features through Yodel. This means, at no cost, you can set up audiences and get a reasonable estimate.

As you select your desired audiences for your message send, Yodel will display the estimated amount of recipients. This helps you anticipate the size of the send you are building.

Once you select a message style, the cost per recipient can be used to provide an initial estimate. Several message styles are available that drive the type of physical postcard sent to recipients. Recipients who have a Yodel account can choose to receive messages in other formats.

Initial Estimate

While you are making audience and style selections, an estimated cost will be displayed on screen. This is only an approximation of the final price. Costs and pricing can change as your target date approaches.

Target Date

You will be setting your target send date, which will be in the future and must accommodate required lead times.

The number of known recipients within your audience may change between seeing the initial estimate and when it is time to send your message. Or the costs associated with sending messages may change, as described in the terms of purchase and disclaimers.

The final price is locked in when your target date approaches and it is time to print and send your message.

Approval of Final Price

As your selected target date approaches, you will receive notification that the message is being prepared for printing and sending.

At this time, the final audience list will be generated and exact pricing provided.

You will need to approve the final price before Yodel will continue the process of printing and sending. Approval will need to be timely if you wish to keep the selected target date.

Once processed, your payment account will see a charge from "WPY*YODEL" on your statement.
