It Won't Let Me Log In

One of the most common issues of any website or app is an inability to log in. There could be several reasons that your account login is not recognized.

Check Your Email Address

Ensure that you are using the same email address that you registered your account with. Look closely for typos or that you aren't accidentally mixing email parts from home, work, or other addresses you may have.

Yodel has some helpful conveniences where your login email is viewed as case insensitive, so capitalization shouldn't matter. We'll also strip out extra spaces before or after your email address in case you had a copy/paste error for this field.

Check Your Password

Double or triple check your password entry.

Your password is considered case sensitive, and Yodel will not make any assumptions on which characters were used to create your password.

If you are copying and pasting your password, ensure you are getting the exact password you used to register and not accidentally selecting extra characters like spaces, commas, or other punctuation.

Try the Forgot Password Feature

If you have double-checked your login information and you are certain that you are entering as you did when you registered, the next best thing to do is use the forgot password feature.

Simply enter your email address and press the "recover password" button.

If your email is recognized as a Yodel account, it will use your chosen notification preferences to send you an email and/or an SMS text with instructions on how to reset your password.

This will contain a time-sensitive link which must be used within 30 minutes of requesting the password reset. If that timeframe passes, you will need to use the forgot password form again.

Consider Using a Password Manager

The best way to not lose track of your login credentials is to use a password manager. A password manager allows you to create strong, secure, and unique passwords not just for your Yodel account, but for all your online accounts.
