I Can't Register a New Account

We're sorry if you are having problems while registering a new account. That can be a frustrating experience when you're simply wanting to try out a new service and are unable to do so.

First & Last Name

Yodel asks users to sign up with their real name. We like our interactions with you to be friendly and personal — it's great when we can call you by your name. As a sender, using your real name builds authenticity and trust with your audience.

If you want to send messages under a business, company, or organizational name, then we have sending groups for that purpose.

The name fields are required during registration, but there are not many limitations on what is entered. If you believe your name is causing a problem with our registration form, please contact our support team using our contact form.

Email

A valid email address is required when registering with Yodel. This email address is kept private to your account so senders or receiving audiences will not be able to see or use your email address.

You can begin using Yodel services immediately after registering a new account. However, if you wish to become a sender, then you will have to verify your email address. To do so, follow the instructions in the email sent to you by Yodel. If you need to resend the verification email, visit your account profile page.

Password

Yodel highly recommends following best practices creating strong passwords. It is best to use a password manager to help you create unique and secure passwords without having to remember them all.

Optionally Set Your Primary Address

During your initial registration, Yodel will guide you to selecting your primary address to get you started as a recipient within our system where you can check local messages related to your location. This step can be skipped, if you wish to set it up at later date.
