I Can't Send as a Group
Using Yodel services, you can send messages as an individual or group.
If you cannot send messages as a sending group please check the following areas to make sure your group is in good standing and your message is ready to send.
Is Your Group a Valid Sender?
If you are unable to schedule a group message for mailing, check to make sure that your group is considered to be a valid sender with a group status of active. This includes making sure that the group's email address is valid and verified. You can also check the group's status on your groups page.
Is Your Message Ready?
Follow the guidelines for creating a message on Yodel. If you've filled out all the information for your group's message including a subject, body content, an image, target date, print style, sender name, and audience, then you should be able to use the "Finish & Schedule" button to move your group's message to Yodel review and approval.
If your group's message does not pass the review and approval step, you will receive an email indicating the issue so that you can resolve it and resubmit.
During the final steps of preparing your group's message for sending, it is possible that your target date will become invalid. If this happens, you'll need to reselect the next closest target date that allows the proper amount of lead time.
The last step before Yodel sends the message out for printing and mailing is to have one of the group's owners or admins review and confirm the final price for the message send. To retain your target date, you'll want to confirm the price as soon as you can.
