I Can't Send as an Individual
Using Yodel services, you can send messages as an individual or group.
If you are unable to send messages as yourself (an individual) please check the following areas to make sure your account is in good standing and your message is ready to send.
Are You a Valid Sender?
If you are unable to schedule your message for mailing, check to make sure that your account is considered to be a valid sender with an account status of active. This includes making sure that your associated email address is valid and verified. You can also check the status of your account on your profile page.
Is Your Message Ready?
Follow the guidelines for creating a message on Yodel. If you've filled out all the information for your message including a subject, body content, an image, target date, print style, sender name, and audience, then you should be able to use the "Finish & Schedule" button to move your message to Yodel review and approval.
If your message does not pass the review and approval step, you will receive an email indicating the issue so that you can resolve it and resubmit.
During the final steps of preparing your message for sending, it is possible that your target date will become invalid. If this happens, you'll need to reselect the next closest target date that allows the proper amount of lead time.
The last step before Yodel sends the message out for printing and mailing is to have you review and confirm the final price for the message send. To retain your target date, you'll want to confirm the price as soon as you can.
