Having Issues with Payments

Whether you are working with payment options or billing history for an individual account or as part of a sending group, the basics are the same.

Payment Options

You can enter one or more credit cards on the payment options tab of your billing info. Most major cards are accepted, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club.

You'll need to enter the card details, including the CVV. You'll also need to add the billing address for verification purposes. Once entered, the card information will be stored securely with our Authorize.net partner. Yodel does not retain card information, but rather we store a unique security token from Authorize.net that allows future payments.

You can remove saved payment options from this page at any time.

Billing History

Within the billing history tab, you can view your list of transactions. These can include processed payments, declined attempts, refunds, etc.

The billing details include the date of transaction, total amount, payment option used, and the sending message associated with the charge.

You also have access to export a CSV spreadsheet of your billing history transactions.

Problems with Payment

After a payment options is added, Yodel no longer has access to the exact credit card information originally entered. This is a security measure that protects your financial information.

Most problems with payment information is from incorrect entry or expiration dates. So the first thing to try is to "remove" the existing entry and adding it back. This will resolve most issues.

How will the Charge Appear on My Billing Statement?

Once processed, your payment account will see a charge from "WPY*YODEL" on your statement.

Still Having Issues?
