We do not guarantee the delivery of any messages or responses sent through Our Services, and we are not responsible or liable for any issues that may arise in connection with the delivery or non-delivery of messages or responses.

Yodel cannot be held responsible for delivery issues that are considered to be commonly known to using such channels. IV. MAILING ADDRESS DATA
Our Services rely on third-party data to send messages to the mailing addresses within selected areas. While we strive to ensure the accuracy of this data, we cannot guarantee that it is complete or up-to-date. There may be instances where the data we have on file is incorrect or incomplete, which could result in your message not being delivered to the complete intended set of recipients. Additionally, we do not guarantee that we have visibility to every address within a given area. As such, we cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions in the data we use or for any resulting failures in delivery.
In the case of sub-units, such as apartments or suites, the data we have on file is even more likely to be incomplete.
Yodel uses the known number of addresses within an area to calculate the final cost of sending. For an address count that is lower than actual, you will not be charged for the unknown addresses because they will not be included. For an address count that is higher than actual, Our Services will calculate off the number we currently have, even if an address is no longer in service. Though Yodel will take efforts to minimize these occurrences, it is possible that it will happen, and we cannot take responsibility for such unknown inaccuracies.
V. PRICING & PAYMENT ERRORS
Yodel takes precautions to prevent errors when displaying costs for your approval, however no system is immune to occasional errors or bugs.
Yodel withholds the right to cancel an order with an unintended error in pricing, even if you have reviewed and approved the incorrect price. Yodel cannot be held to honor an error in pricing if it is caught before printing occurs. If the error is missed and your approved message is printed, then Yodel will honor the errant price.
If an error occurs in processing your payment, either too much or too little is charged, either party has the right to address the issue and have the error corrected.

VI. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Our Services are provided “as is,” and we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Yodel cannot be liable or responsible for failure to perform, or delays of any of our obligations under our terms and conditions or other policies that are caused by events outside our reasonable control ("Force Majeure Event").
A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular and without limitation the following:
workforce strikes, lock-outs or other business or industry action
civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war
fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence epidemic or other natural disaster
impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft motor transport or other means of public or private transport
impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks
the acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government
pandemic or epidemic
Our performance under these terms is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavors to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under these terms may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
