Yodel LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a limited-liability company registered in the United States of America (“USA”) with headquarters in the state of Indiana. As a visitor or user (“you,” “your,” or “user”) of Our Services, you are bound by our publicly posted policies.

To thank you for being one of our first users, Yodel is pleased to offer a one-time promotional credit for 25 free postcards (including printing and standard postage) to eligible new accounts.

This offer is subject to the following terms, conditions, and limitations. By creating an account and participating in this offer, you agree to be bound by these terms.

I. OFFER AVAILABILITY

This Early Adopter Offer is a limited-time promotion and is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this offer at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice.

The terms of the offer that are in effect at the time a user creates their account will be the terms that apply to that user.

If this offer is terminated by us, any individual who saw the offer but had not yet created a valid account will not be eligible to redeem the offer. Only users who completed account creation while the offer was active are eligible.

IV. HOW TO REDEEM YOUR CREDIT

Your promotional credit is applied to your order after an initial estimate and before you give final approval for payment.

The redemption process is as follows:

  1. Submit Order & Receive Estimate: You will build your campaign within Yodel (using our tools or upload your design, and select your audience using our tools) and receive an initial cost estimate for the total mail send. This estimate will not yet reflect your discount.

  2. Internal Approval: Your postcard design and mailing will be reviewed by our team to ensure it meets our content guidelines and mailing standards (the "Yodel Approval").

  3. Final Invoice: Once your campaign receives Yodel Approval, your 25-postcard credit will be automatically applied to your order. You will then see a final, payable cost that reflects this credit.

  4. User Approval & Payment: You will review the final cost. If your order is for more than 25 postcards, you will pay the remaining balance for the additional cards. You must then give final approval for us to schedule the mailing.

If a design is not approved, you will be notified and may resubmit. The promotional credit will be available to apply to any approved order submitted within your 90-day Promotional Period.
