Yodel LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a limited-liability company registered in the United States of America (“USA”) with headquarters in the state of Indiana. As a visitor or user (“you,” “your,” or “user”) of Our Services, you are bound by our publicly posted policies.

All rights not explicitly granted are reserved by Yodel.
V. YODEL CONTENT COPYRIGHT
Our Services and the Materials are owned, operated, and maintained by Yodel and have been created for your benefit. Our Services and Materials, and all components hereof, are copyrighted by Yodel. They are provided as information, education, and communication.
Content generated by Yodel on Our Services, including graphics, photographs, images, screen shots, text, data, digitally downloadable files, trademarks, logos, product and program names, slogans, HTML code, scripts, video, software, and audio, and any compilation thereof is the property of Yodel and is protected in the U.S. and internationally under trademark, copyright, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, post, distribute, transmit, link to, or modify in any way all or any part of Our Services or Materials without expressed written approval.
VI. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
User-generated content is the sole responsibility of the creator and must abide by the terms outlined in this document. Yodel is not able to validate ownership of all user-generated content. Any user-generated content whether as message communication or comments and replies should be considered public and may be used by Yodel or shared with other users of Our Services. There is no guarantee of confidentiality for user-generated content within Our Services.

Your content is original and does not infringe on the rights of any third party, including intellectual property, copyright, or privacy rights.
You own all rights, title, and interest in your content and have the sole and exclusive right to license all rights in it to Yodel as set forth in the terms above.
Your content is accurate to the best of your ability.
You have obtained written permission from any other person named, photographed, or otherwise depicted in your content, or whose likeness is used, which allows Yodel to utilize the submission without compensation or objection.
You will indemnify us for all claims resulting from your content.

Yodel may include links to external websites or resources operated by third parties (“Third Parties”). Some of these Third Parties may also provide links to Our Services. However, these links do not imply that Yodel endorses the Third Parties or any of their content. Yodel does not have control over or responsibility for Third Parties and is not liable for any damages or loss caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any content, goods, or services available on or through these Third Parties. These terms will be governed by the internal laws of Indiana, regardless of conflict of laws principles. By accepting these terms, you give up your right to change the location of any legal action and agree that any legal action or counterclaim brought by either party will be governed by the laws of the state of Indiana, USA.
